Hello and thank you for being here.
My name is Franca Abate, also known as Yin.
One of the most common questions I get asked is how did I get into this work? My response is always: trauma. It is the traumatic experiences that lead me to the light and to honor my gifts of healing.
Though I have always felt connected to a higher realm since a young age, I feel that I really tapped-in after two near death experiences that led me to mindfulness and meditation practices and courses.
It is my passion to guide you to your soul. My love language is reminding you of your power. My motto is: I’m ready when you are. Spiritual work is something you want to feel ready for - or at least open to. There is no pressure here and I am a safe space for you to transform and heal your energy.
