Hello and thank you for being here.

My name is Franca Abate, also known as Yin.

It is my greatest passion to connect with my soul, to find the uniqueness within myself, and to inspire others to do the same.

I was only six years old when I first started to see spirits and I would tell my family about it. Little did I know back then, connecting with spirits and energy was going to be a part of my life like it is today.

Life went on as I tapped into many different work fields including sales, customer service, marketing, club managing, and started my first business at the age of 22 doing event coordinating and staffing.

In December 2013 I got into a major car accident where I was t-boned by a pick-up truck that ran a red light. It’s like this accident woke me up into a new reality. I was seeing and hearing spirits and auras and started meeting people that guided and grounded me through this journey of connecting to  my higher self and living from my soul.

On August 4, 2015 my life took another turn when my best friend Ariela and I were leaving an event and she died as an innocent bystander to a shooting. I held her until her last breath. This experience changed my life in ways words cannot describe. She is the Yang to my Yin and we had many projects on the go to bring awareness of self love through art. I am moved to live her legacy and complete these projects. In 2021 I was brought on by Director X and his team to be producer of Operation Prefrontal Cortex which is a platform dedicated to spreading awareness about reducing gun violence through mindfulness and meditation.

Tragedy will impact everyone differently. Grieving is a whole process. For me personally, it is meditation and mindfulness practices which keep me grounded and save my life from spiraling downwards; I am happy to be part of a movement that is devoted to this.

Though my life has not been a walk in the park, I’ve learned a lot and grown immensely. I’ve received many blessings like becoming a mother and receiving miracles that have engraved me with unwavering faith.

I stay committed to my spiritual journey, I connect each and every day, and I have taken several courses, but most authentic is my true connection to source that is within me and within all of us. My many years of training has helped me deepen my awareness but I’m always recreating myself and growing. We all have the ability to tap-in. My love language is reminding you of your power.

My motto is: I’m ready when you are. Spiritual work is something you want to feel ready for - or at least open to. There is no pressure here and I am a safe space for you to transform and heal your energy. I pray you find the light and see what’s possible, like I did after living in the dark for so long.

May you always be blessed,
Yin
